Resolution should be a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) for a high-quality print.
The highest quality prints will use vectors, outlines, and curves that do not depend on DPI.
Avoid auto upscaling low-resolution images due to pixelation issues.
If you need upscaling or vector work, please contact our team and let us know.
Most prints use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) specific to printing, instead of RGB (Red, Green. Blue) which is typically for screens.
Use 100% K for black, if you need different warm and cool blacks add up to 40% cyan or magenta. Avoid rich blacks since our UV ink is dark in general.

Bleed is the outer most area that is beyond the cut line or margin. The size needs to be at least 0.125" (3mm) on each side.
Margins are the next area that is part of the image on the outside that is given values as a safety area.
The safety area ensure less issues with finishing and cutting and is best to stay within it. Margin or also called the safe area needs to be 0.25"(6.35mm) away from the cut line.
When ordering items with important text and images next to the cut area, please alert us and we will do our best to work with you.
Below you can see an example with correct bleed and incorrect bleed.
The size font used is specific to industry and governing bodies. For examples, pharmaceutical labels require 4.5pt, 7pt, and other sizes for specific areas.
Best practice is to convert all text to outlines to prevent font substitution. Because the system may not have the required font.
Ensure fonts are at least 4.5pt for readability for consumers and our roll labels can approach 2.0pt.

The different size of the rounded corners are the following: 1/64"(0.015"), 1/8"(0.125"), 1/4"(0.25"), 3/8"(0.375"), and 1/2"(0.5").
Here the 1/8" (0.125") is the standard size.
Asking yourself why do i need to put 1/64"(0.015") to the edges when it is so small? When applying this size to your square/rectangular shaped artwork, it can help the cutting process to better. The stickers can be easily detached from the sheet and no extra access to edges.
